Ingredients for the recipe for Aloo ki Sabzi

Potatoes Sliced medium onions, Chopped fresh coriander leaves medium oil, and one tablespoon cumin seeds 1 tsp. mustard seeds 1 teaspoon of powdered turmeric 1/8 tsp. 1 teaspoon, a pinch curry leaves 7-8 slit green peppers 1-2 Salt to taste   Lemon juice, two tablespoons Asafoetida, 
Receipe:
Step 1 Fill a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water and potatoes. 10-15 minutes or 3 whistles under pressure. Turn off the heat and let the pressure to drop. potato peeling


Step 2: In a nonstick wok, heat the oil. Watch the mustard seeds as they are added and pop. Cumin seeds should change colour after being added.


Step 3: Add the curry leaves, asafetida, turmeric, and green chilies and sauté for two minutes.


Step 4: Add the onions, stir, and cook over high heat for the onions to soften. Add a small amount of water, cover, and cook.


Step 5: Dice the potatoes, add salt, and stir in 1/2 tablespoon of the minced coriander. Mix thoroughly after adding a bit more water. Cook for 5-7 minutes with a cover on.

Step 6: potato a little bit and turn off heat. Add the remaining chopped coriander and lemon juice. Mix well, then warmly serve.
